Wow that is funny that the fruit of the month for me is Apricots and that is number one on this list. But I do not think this is in order because I would put Salmon higher on the list.

I thought this would be enough as the mango really was a big’un, but unfortunately the seed was huge too. :( So I also had a slice of wholegrain toast with sunflower butter.
